I was in Tyler because my grandmother as in hospital. I only live 50 miles from Tyler but working nights and having been up all day I knew I'd want to sleep before I headed back home. I checked in at 8 pm and left around 2 am. Check in was a breeze, a couple of friends I hadn't seen... More

Upon arrival to the Candlewood Suites we immediately noticed how well grromed the landscaping was and all grounds for this matter. We checked in with a very friendly staff member and proceeded to our room on the 2nd floor. In fron of the elevator on the 1st floor was something Ive never seen at any of the hundreds of hotels... Family and I came to Tyler for the Rose Festival and found this gem. The suite was spacious with the bedroom separated by a door for privacy. The kitchenette and living quarters weren't cramped and we had room to move around. Two separate cooling units came in handy. It's location lends to a quiet night with virtually no traffic noise.... I had a one bedroom suite on the 4th floor at the end of the hall. It was very spacious and clean. The only problem was internet was not very good. I was able to access it that afternoon but at night and morning did not have any. It could have been because I was at the very end of... More

This suites hotel was very clean and priced very reasonably, full sized refrigerator, stove top, microwave and dishes, flatware, etc all there and clean. They even had a container of fresh cold water in fridge when we arrived. Very nice little 'store' inside that had frozen meals, soft drinks, and sundry goods to purchase for a very low price. $.75... We were displaced from our home due to plumbing issues and needed a place to stay. Candlewood hit all the marks. Clean and spacious--we thought we had a one bedroom apartment like in my college days. Great desk help. Their aren't enough adjectives to add for how nice and quiet this place is too

I booked this as a rewards stay and did not read much about it before booking. It is mainly an extended stay. They do not have a pool or hot tub. Being an extended stay they do not serve breakfast. We had a double and it was clean & very spacious. This is the nicest extended stay I have stayed... More

Having stayed (lived) in the Candlewood Suites Tyler now for nearly between 6 months (between Nov 2014 and June 2015), I managed to build up an extensive experience in this hotel. Rooms are clean, well layed out and provide a fridge and small kitchen. The room is compact but yet cozy and functional. If you are in need of a... More

Just the 2 of us stayed 1 night and it was great for the price. Slow to get checked in because of extended instructions. Room was clean and quiet with a good bed, towels and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything we needed. Definitely use them again next time in Tyler
