This suites hotel was very clean and priced very reasonably, full sized refrigerator, stove top, microwave and dishes, flatware, etc all there and clean. They even had a container of fresh cold water in fridge when we arrived. Very nice little 'store' inside that had frozen meals, soft drinks, and sundry goods to purchase for a very low price. $.75... We were displaced from our home due to plumbing issues and needed a place to stay. Candlewood hit all the marks. Clean and spacious--we thought we had a one bedroom apartment like in my college days. Great desk help. Their aren't enough adjectives to add for how nice and quiet this place is too

I booked this as a rewards stay and did not read much about it before booking. It is mainly an extended stay. They do not have a pool or hot tub. Being an extended stay they do not serve breakfast. We had a double and it was clean & very spacious. This is the nicest extended stay I have stayed... More

Having stayed (lived) in the Candlewood Suites Tyler now for nearly between 6 months (between Nov 2014 and June 2015), I managed to build up an extensive experience in this hotel. Rooms are clean, well layed out and provide a fridge and small kitchen. The room is compact but yet cozy and functional. If you are in need of a... More

Rooms are like a mini apartment w/full size fridge, large microwave, stove/oven, coffee pot, most utensils and cookware. rooms are a decent size. bed is so-so, pillows are good. there is no continental breakfast, pool or bar, but they do have a very small workout area (one universal gym and 3 treadmills) that's also part of the laundry room w/2... Just the 2 of us stayed 1 night and it was great for the price. Slow to get checked in because of extended instructions. Room was clean and quiet with a good bed, towels and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything we needed. Definitely use them again next time in Tyler

Every time we are in Tyler we stay here. Janine is super duper friendly and we look forward to seeing her each time. It is getting older as we noticed some areas that needed fixing or touching up but the rooms are still clean, fresh and quiet- even when it was sold out.

I have been staying at this hotel many times and many years and I have not once been disappointed. The staff, especially Janine who works on the weekend is not only an agent, but my friend. She is very friendly, accommodating when possible to my needs when my ankle broke and other times with her warm smile and friendliness checking... More

No pool, no hot tub, no breakfast ,but hey they got fleas and you only have to stay with them one night before they get you a new room.and if you are,a big member don't expect any points they said they are an old hotel and they only give 700 point for a stay no matter how long your there.

I liked the layout of the room, the well equipped kitchenette, and the bed was comfortable. The coffee was good and strong. But the front desk ladies need to work on their customer service. Information did not get transferred from one to another and the one that actually checked me in seemed put out that I was there. I did... More
