I purchased my room on Hotwire and this is what I was given... TERRIBLE. The room smelled awful. The carpet in the hallway was worn. The AC in the hallway and elevators were off. The restaurant looked as if it would pass a city health inspection. The view inside the rusting awning a putty knife, old broom, and some type... More

Checked the hotel. HIspanic girl at counter was nice but the rooms and hotel a total disappointment. The hotel 1st floor smelled like a cheap motel. Checked in my room on the 2nd floor and smelled like smoke everywhere! Bathroom had urine in the toilet and bed and covers had black stains on them. Was moved to 4th floor and... More

The hotel was probably built back in the late 1980's or early 1990's because it shows it's age. The pool was dirty so we couldn't use it. The conference room was hosting a party and they played loud music until midnight. The breakfast was average and served in the restaurant section that closed down. The room was okay at best.

- Seriously - I can't believe anyone would give this place a better than "terrible" rating. Unless you were previously homeless and this is an upgrade from your spot under the bridge, I'd suggest you not waste your money, no matter how little it is. I was so excited because I thought I had found a steal since I trusted... More

I will say that the staff at the front desk was excellent. They were very nice and very friendly. The reception was warm, and they were very willing to help you out with whatever you needed. The rooms lacked quite a bit. The desk chair was filthy, the beds were in dire need of being replaced, and the rooms had... More

This hotel is about eight miles off the Interstate, on a 4-lane by-pass around Tyler, Texas. The room charge was reasonable. The breakfast was excellent, with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravel, and all the normal items such as cereals, breads, and juices.

We were assigned this hotel and not given a choice as to which hotel we'd be staying in. I've never stayed at a Quality Inn and probably never will again. First of all, we were there two nights and not once was our room cleaned. We had to go to the front desk to get extra towels and our trash... More

This hotel looks like it was nice at one time.; maybe 20 years ago. I think that was the last time it was updated. The whole place reeked of smoke, from the time we set foot in the lobby. Our floor was non-smoking, yet it smelled like smoke in the hallway. The carpet in the hallways were disgusting- dingy, dirty,... More
