I will say that the staff at the front desk was excellent. They were very nice and very friendly. The reception was warm, and they were very willing to help you out with whatever you needed. The rooms lacked quite a bit. The desk chair was filthy, the beds were in dire need of being replaced, and the rooms had... More

This hotel is about eight miles off the Interstate, on a 4-lane by-pass around Tyler, Texas. The room charge was reasonable. The breakfast was excellent, with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravel, and all the normal items such as cereals, breads, and juices.

We were assigned this hotel and not given a choice as to which hotel we'd be staying in. I've never stayed at a Quality Inn and probably never will again. First of all, we were there two nights and not once was our room cleaned. We had to go to the front desk to get extra towels and our trash... More

This hotel looks like it was nice at one time.; maybe 20 years ago. I think that was the last time it was updated. The whole place reeked of smoke, from the time we set foot in the lobby. Our floor was non-smoking, yet it smelled like smoke in the hallway. The carpet in the hallways were disgusting- dingy, dirty,... More

This hotel is dingy, dirty, and outdated. Upon entering, we were greeted by flickering light fixtures and a smokey scent. The smell of smoke intensified as we entered our "non-smoking" room. The carpet was sticky and turned our socks black (we opted to never be barefoot there). The shower felt slimy inside. The comforter had visible stains on it. The... More

You can certainly tell at one time, this was probably the best place to stay in Tyler! The lobby is nice. It has a garden courtyard, and a large convention rooms. Seems time has taken its toll though! The Garden area is still nice, but some of the wooden embankments have crumbled. A wonderful pool area in back of the... More

My Husband joined a class held here in their conference room. We stayed for 4 nights and it's a decent hotel to stay at! The breakfast is the best I've ever had compared to high $$$$ hotels we've been to before and it's FREE here. Besides your usual cereal and fruit they offer scrambled eggs, biscuits and really good sausage... More

This looked like it was an older property, but it was very obvious that they were trying to do their best. The elevator was a bit scary, the carpet wasn't laid great, and my room was missing the plaque, and was instead written in marker on the wall. That sounds like the beginning of a hotel horror story, but it... More

Greetings Brett Levy: Thank you so much for your review. We are very sorry about the plaque on your wall.
