They do not have wireless internet access in the rooms. You have to ask for a internet cable at the front desk. We drove all day from the Atlanta area arriving in Tyler around 5:30pm local time. This HI Express was the first hotel we stopped at. The front desk clerk informed us we were coming in late with the attitude that we were inconvienencing her. It wasn't even 6pm yet! We decided, based on her attitude, to find another hotel. more

This Holiday Inn Express is truly exceptional. Not only is it well kept and tidy, but the staff are really great - very Texas friendly! I recently booked several rooms for a family reunion in Tyler and everyone in the group commented on how much they enjoyed their stay. more

This was one of the nicest Holiday Inn sites I have stayed in. The staff were very helpful and friendly as all of Tyler is. I don't seem to remember the chocolate chip cookies though!! more
