WOW!! I arrived with a bad headache but the staff went out of their way to get me OTC medicine. The room was great, air conditioning system worked wonderful - was able to clear headache with dark, cool room. The mattress was so comfortable, along with the bedding and the pillows ( I travel with my own pillow) but used... more

They do not have wireless internet access in the rooms. You have to ask for a internet cable at the front desk. They will check one out to you that is 6 feet long, you are then tied to one area of the room. The hotel just isn't business traveler friendly in general. If you have to stay in Tyler... more

We drove all day from the Atlanta area arriving in Tyler around 5:30pm local time. This HI Express was the first hotel we stopped at. The front desk clerk informed us we were coming in late with the attitude that we were inconvienencing her. It wasn't even 6pm yet! We decided, based on her attitude, to find another hotel. more

This Holiday Inn Express is truly exceptional. Not only is it well kept and tidy, but the staff are really great - very Texas friendly! I recently booked several rooms for a family reunion in Tyler and everyone in the group commented on how much they enjoyed their stay. more

This was one of the nicest Holiday Inn sites I have stayed in. The staff were very helpful and friendly as all of Tyler is. I don't seem to remember the chocolate chip cookies though!! more

The service was excellent and the rooms were beautiful! I loved the hot chocolate cookies in the evening! I highly recommend this hotel! more
