My Freightliner truck had to be towed in to the truck dealer next door and my co-driver and I needed a room for the night. This was the only lodging available for several miles in any direction so we stayed here for the night. The location of this hotel was also out of the coverage area for any places that... More

I am moving with my family and two dogs so I made a reservation here because we were tired. We should have known when it took multiple times to get a key to work. Filthy and falling apart. See photos. Hair in the tub, dirt piles in the corner battling the spider webs for domination, rips in the bed cover,... More

It is obvious that the owners do not read the reviews because there are bad reviews all the way back to 2006 on Travelocity. Made the mistake of booking this hotel without reading the reviews but it was just for one night. First impression, lobby dirty (not a good sign). Room numbers painted on door, it looked like a child's... More

I booked this hotel by mistake and knew it as we drove up. The first impression of the lobby & breakfast room alarmed me. After getting our key, the walk up the dirty stairs (My friend said it looked like a murder happened there) & a dirty wash cloth on the floor in front of our door was bad enough.... More

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE WORST MOTEL EVER! OWNERS ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. The rooms are disgusting and smelly. I would rather sleep in my car or on the street! Can't believe they're in business! Undercover boss where are you!

Booked this hotel using an online consolidator which rated it as a 2 star hotel. This rating was 2 stars too high! The hotel is easy to find due to the adult book store located nearby. At check in, the staff was friendly and were actually assisting a stranded motorist in obtaining a tow. I went to my room, pulled... More

Driving home from a 14 hour drive decided to stop at this hotel. Bathroom had feces on toilet seat and wall, urine around bottom of toilet, room looked like it had been closed for a long time, dirty sheets and towels, mildew on lampshade and door, left over pepperoni between nightstand and beds, bathtub was filthy, 3-4 foot spider webs hanging... My husband, son, our dog & I were making a cross country trek from El Paso to North Carolina. Upon driving our huge U-haul with our car strapped to it or 15 hours straight, we booked a hotel through *rb*tz & they gave us the wrong directions. Now, if anyone knows it's incredibly hard to manuver let alone attempt a... More

This was by far, the nastiest motel that i have ever attempted to book. I got a room and because it was literally filthy...it had a USED bathmat in the bathtub and there was some kind of brown spooge on the toilet seat and lid. I marched straight down to the office and asked for another room. OMW to the... More

My family and I stayed at this Days Inn over the weekend for Azalea Trail in Tyler. I have stayed in some cheap dives before in my travels, but this place is by far the nastiest motel I have ever had the displeasure of laying my head. The toilets were not clean, the "non smoking" room smelled like smoke and... More
