The front desk sevice was outstanding and attentive. The room was great with an AC that can run on "fan" all night to avoid that constant on/off you get in so many motel rooms. After reading the reviews previously posted regarding this facility, I reserved two rooms...one for my wife and me and one for my adult daughter, her husband and her child. This property was rated #1 in Tripadvisor. Since I was unfamiliar with Tyler, I reserved a king room. Place is immaculate inside and out--rooms, breakfast area and pool. We just stayed here for one night but we would not hesitate to go back. The room was spotless and everyone was very helpful. We booked two rooms in this hotel for 3 nights. Because we were traveling with 2 little guys, we chose king suites with the sleeper sofas. Even though we called at the last minute, the front desk worked very hard to get us in rooms next to each other. They delivered extra blankets and pillows for the sleeper sofa instead... more
