We were there for the reunion of WWII of the 300th ECB and the treatment these men and their families got was nothing short of terrible. There wasn't the right amount of rooms set aside and these men had to find other accommodations!! Seriously??? They wouldn't even comp an "empty" banquet room for the men to swap stories and renew... clean comfortable room. Friendly staff and management. the prices are very comparable for this area. I have been here for an extended stay for work and have recommended it to others.the management has gone outta its way to make sure my stay was and is a pleasant one.

This was not a good Days Inn and it was $100 for a $40 room. The place was not well kept. Desk Clerk was rude. I should have stayed some place else. Will not return. Room had a bad odor, like sweat. I've stayed at $40 motels that were much better than this. really.

Terrible! Sketchy location. Room seemed outdated but "ok", until the Bed Bugs showed up. Ruined our trip, had to wake up my family, get my full refund, and leave before 5am. Do not stay here. The staff did what they could, but I had to wait on the managers phone call to approve my refund. Why would I want another... More

Check in was easy but due to an issue with the android Days Inn app, we ended up booked for a smoking room and since it was on the weekend that's all they had available for us. We ended up on the second floor so it was a bit awkward taking our dog out in the evening and the morning.... More

We stay here when we visit Tyler, TX. The price is great, the staff is very helpful (on a previous stay we had a telephone problem and they immediately came and fixed it). The breakfast is adequate. We like the floor plan a lot. I would recommend this place. The inside is not new but it's okay.
