We stayed with our two gandkids, stayed at the pool for three days. Very family oriented. Catered to children with pool games, clowns, baloon animals, face painting and Smores around a fire. Great stay despite the other reviews. service was excellent. Great breakfast buffet. more

I just came back from a two-night stay at The Woodlands Resort. I agree that it is not match with a beach resort but we had a very good stay. Our room was not in main bulding but for me that was an advantage. The back was directly to the pond with a lot of ducks. You feel a little... more

Thank you for your recent review of our property. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your room placement and the peace and quiet it provided after an exciting day at the Forest Oasis Waterscape. We are especially happy that your daughter enjoyed her time at play and that you were pleased with your breakfast and felt that it was...

After all of the scathing reviews of this place on here I headed to the resort with my wife bracing for the worst. We both had been to the conference center several times and had a positive impression from those facilities. So we decided to give it a chance. And talk about your extreme contrasts on the same property. We... more

This hotel as mentioned before is definitely not a resort. Apparently I have a room in the older section of the property. It is down right disgusting and dated. There is mold and mildew growing around the windows and the air conditioner vents. It smells like an old RV that hasn't been opened all year. The furniture is strait out... more

We apologize for a less than perfect stay at our property and have taken note. We are currently undergoing a $50 million expansion and renovation project which includes a new four-story hotel wing. Additions to the surroundings of Fairway Pines III will include landscaping, new water features, new laundry facility and a four-level garage with 620 parking spaces. The new...

The rooms are overpriced for what you get and smell like mildew. This is NOT a "Resort" by any standard. Management employees were rude and arrogant. Next time we will stay at the Marriott Waterway. more

The hotel's website photos and description is deceptive. While it is billed as a luxury hotel I found it to be lacking in many amenities offered in the surounding facilities as well as outdated. My room was average at best with an outdated bath room. The toilet continually ran and the shower head was old with an irregular water flow.... more

This resort is great for conference and meetings. It provides you with the option to charge everything under one tap...Meals at their restaurant, etc. Have plenty of meeting rooms. I went over there for a convention from my company. I noticed that there were about 10 other companies doing the same. You dont need a car to get around there... more

I had to stay here for business and was willing to put up with a musty smelling room because I got in late but when I found out that they wanted $9.95 extra per night for an internet connection (when they bill themselves as a conference center) I complained. They refused to budge on the internet so I made them... more

I had an off site business meeting and got to stay here for one night. Since it was for business, I didn't get to use any of their facilties except the meeting room & restaurant. The food was great. The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. The front desk is very attentive, very friendly people. The only complain would... more

This hotel is incredible. My family and I arrived like 10:00 p.m. and they still have our rooms, and they were fantastic, a little old, but good and cheap, but very cheap, I found a rate of 170 dollars per night in a Fairways Pines deluxe room at www.simple2go.com/kripton. One of the best things that I like it, it was... more
