Overall, staff were pleasant, friendly and efficient. Renovations are ongoing but were being managed with minimal impact on guests. I was in a newly renovated room in first floor. Very stong chemical/paint smell, no hot water at sink, and broken shower head. Not what I expected In a newly renovated room. I am being picky now, but I like to... More

nothing fancy, good value, mattress firmness not so sure about, I ended up sunk in the bed. Hotel was under renovation/construction so there was hint of chemical/paint smell. Would stay again as long as they assure the bed is firm.

Overall this is a great location for this hotel if you have business in the area. But at the moment, you need to be aware the hotel is undergoing rennovation, which I was not made aware of until I got to the hotel. The main floor has rooms refurbished, which are nice and comfortable and what you would expect of... More

I have stayed in many Hiltons, and I definitely expected more from this one. When booking this hotel, no one mentioned to my fiancé that there were renovations going on. We did not find this out until we checked in and were told to "read the letter" with our key to learn more. As it was the weekend, we were... More

We stayed here for a quick get away and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. The lobby is well laid out and the coffee is always fresh and hot. We didn't splurge on the breakfast area but it looks like there are enough options to meet most of the traveling palates. Staff was present but not overly attentive. Lots of families staying... I likethis hotel franchise but this hotel did not live up to my past experiences of HGI. It looks shabby. Our two queen bed room is ok but not very large. The bathroom is small and looks old. I will not stay a second night. But the price is good and the lobby is very nice. AC works great. I... More

First of all the staff at this hotel is wonderful. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and located right off the highway, but first and foremost the staff was great. Very accommodating and super friendly. Did not eat the breakfast but hot coffee was always in the lobby. Only issue was in room fridge did not work (did not report).... More

Good location. A rare possibility that you are able to find a side walk all the way to the mall. Not something prioritized in this area! Breakfast is OK and enough park space. Outside pool. Large rooms and always clean. Good staff with attentive service.

Spent a quick night here for business after a late flight, staff was pleasant and room was clean and comfortable. Appears to be in a great area with plenty to do within walking distance. Unfortunately we left early in the morning so I wasn’t able to have one of the delicious cooked to order breakfasts but it was still a... More

My wife and I go to the Texas Renaissance Festival ever year near Houston. We always choose the Hilton Garden Inn every time we go. Our normal choice was already booked, so we chose this one in The Woodlands. The place is very nice, very friendly staff and went out of their way to be helpful. Perfect score in every... More
