I had a couple of days in Houston and I was well pleased with my stay for the price. Now this is no splendid property and there are issues with the quality of food and some cleanliness issues but service is excellent. I would consider staying again but I would eat away from the Hotel.

Was there one night for a Jimmy Buffett concert, decided to sleep locally instead of the long drive home. While I think the website says something like 1000 feet away from the Woodlands pavilion, it is about a brisk 15min walk to get there. The Residence Inn is right next door to this hotel. Marriott might be the best place... More

My hubby and I stay in this Hotel twice. The first time was on February. I have to say for the price we pay ($100) it was a nice surprise! The lobby is Cousy and have a very good siz and the ladies at the lobby very friendly! The rooms was very spacious the closet to small, the bathroom very... More

We stayed in Feb 2012 and April 12-16th Feb was perfect. This time we had to be moved because of a faulty smoke alarm but the service we received was great everyone at the desk was so friendly always greeting you!

I attended a major conference but did not want to stay in the conference hotel. Just down the road is this Hilton. Free parking. Free wifi (Hilton Honors) Free breakfast (Hilton Honors) and I love that the oatmeal comes fully stocked with fruit, raisins, berries and more. Coffee strong (yeah) and in lobby during day. Staff smiles and welcomes and... More

This is the ONLY suite hotel that is not on the I-45 frontage road. AND if you get a room on the backside of the hotel; your room will overlook a very nice wooded area and be very quiet. The hotel is a nice standard Hilton Garden Inn. The room was nice, clean, had a fridge & microwave, flat screen... More

Just spent one night there but the people and rooms were great. I especially loved that they had their own version of Sleep Number beds where you could control the softness/firmness of your bed. Our room also had a mini fridge and microwave. The setting was nestled in trees so it felt like it was far away from the city... More

A Garden Inn, is a Garden Inn, pretty much the same. But the rooms are comfortable, clean, secure and a very comfortable bed; if you haven't slept on one, you should. The little bar was just that and with a wait person that was more interested in doing inventory on his computer than waiting on people....at first. He did warm... More

Typical HGI property. Friendly staff, clean rooms, standard HGI ammenitites. Safe and convenient for late arrivals or early departures out of GWB airport. Only issue was eating late in the restaurant and feeling rushed by the wait staff. other then that great value and I would stay again.

We usually stay at HGI at airport locations or for single night stays. Needed to stay 2 nights while visiting in Magnolia. Very impressed as this is probably one of the best overall HGI we have stayed in. Service was great. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and attendents were wonderful, as always. Even given coupons for drink... More
