We prefer the Hilton chain, usually a Hampton, but the Hampton was further away than we liked. This hotel is conveniently located to the big mall and lots of restaurants, but not really to the interstate, in a nice quiet wooded setting. Very convenient parking, good service all around and very nice room. more

We stayed here for one night on a last minute decision. We actually live in the area (literally, about a 15 min. drive away in Spring, TX) and needed rescue from an excruitiatingly hot house while our central a/c was being repaired on a VERY hot 4th of July weekend. We work and do most of our business in the... more

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Unfortunately that was the highlight of the stay. The standard room was small and over priced. It was not clear identified that their hot breakfast buffet costs extra. more

This was my first experience booking and staying at a hotel on my own - I've always been able to find awesome friends and family to crash with when I travel. First the bad, the reason I only gave 3 stars for service. I was in town a for a wedding and this was one of the hotels the wedding... more

I stayed at The Woodlands Hilton Garden Inn for a week while on a business trip. It was very nicely appointed with service being high on the staff's list of priorities! Everyone who worked there from the front desk staff to the bar/breakfast staff to the housekeeping staff all had a smile and a "Hello!" as you passed by. Very... more

I thought this hotel was very clean and pretty. The toiletries were excellent. I did feel that the service wasn't so great...The front desk wasn't very friendly. But the beds were comfy, and the rooms were large. more

This was a typical HGI--a step above a Hampton Inn, but surely below a regular full-service Hilton. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable...There were nice amenities in the room like a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was typical if not slightly dated. The breakfast was fairly good--decent selection...Not sure if it's included with everyone's rate or... more

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn from 1/24 to 1/26. A wonderful place to stay! Very friendly staff. I experienced a slight problem at check in (wrong nightly rate), but that was quickly remedied by the hotel manager. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. There was sufficient lighting not only in the room, but also in the bathroom.... more
