Dirty room, dirty old carpet, need to backlight check the blankets that are never washed and finally old gross towels, terrible one ply toilet paper, bad wifi, no electrical plugs or frig, bad air unit and moldy shower curtain. But... Noise is worst!!! Do not stay here!!!

Two night stay, very quiet, relaxing. Would've liked a refrigerator but the room was great otherwise. WiFi was iffy and unsecured. Everything seemed to be maintained well. I would recommend this hotel for it's location and quiet, easy on/off location to I-45.

Traveling from West Texas to Baton Rouge, this hotel was the journey midpoint. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and well-maintained. I felt safe in the neighborhood, and there were amenities within convenient distances (gasoline, a restaurant right across the parking lot, fewer than two miles to major retailers). Very good value for the money. Convenient to the Interstate.

the fellow that worked there, lenny, was super nice. but we got a smoke smelling non smoking room filled with 100 mosquitoes, no kidding then the room keys didn't work, frequently. then the internet didn't work. besides bad coffee in the room, the rest was ok

I loved my large corner room (windows on 2 walls) with king bed and huge bathroom. The room was very nicely decorated and not much highway noise considering its right on I-45. I would stay again and ask for room 204, just right up the stairs from the lobby.

Located adjacent to IH 45 at The Woodlands. Friendly staff, clean, large rooms with good TV's and lots of channels. Numerous places to eat located nerby.

It looks like a la Quinta, but is definitely one of the worst examples of this chain that I've ever stayed at. Staff person I met was friendly, but the place just has a creepy, not quite safe vibe. The room was small and smelt. Bathroom and bedroom were dirty. I did not feel safe in the lobby. Receptionist was not interested. Breakfast was limited to say the least. Stay here only if every other hotel in The Woodlands is booked up.

I think there was a small family run hotel on Isla Mujeres that was worse than this one. That's the only place I've stayed at that could compare.
