My hotel stay with this Best Western was fabulous! The staff were extreamly helpful and curtious with a reservation mix up, and the rooms and whole hotel were clean and very presentable. It is absolutly money well spent, and a great and safe stop for a family.

Our reservations were not honored for handicapped and adjoining rooms. The bathrooms had mold. Amenities were dirty. Furniture was removed from our rooms and not replaced. The staff had that Southern charm of "Yes Mam, no mam" but I'm not going to do anything about the problem. Our bill was wrong at checkout. A totally frustrating, infuriating experience.

Checked in and went to our room and it was a mess with cleaning supplies still in the room. Went to front desk and given a 2nd room and the light was burnt out so got a 3rd room and it was okay. It was clean and I think they may have been remodeling the hotel. However, I think the... More

Great hotel at a reasonable price. Very clean and large room. Bathroom was very clean. The swimming pool was large enough to accommodate about 10 people. It too was clean and very clear. Not overly chlorinated. There was enough food on the continental breakfast to make my wife and boys happy. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking about staying at... More

Clean room and hotel grounds, refrigerator and microwave worked. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Second time I stayed there. Easy to arrive and depart from. Close to shopping and restaurants. A/C was very cold and difficulty regulating temperature.

My husand and our twin teenage boys stayed here memorial day weekend visiting my brother and his family for the weekend who were camping at a local campground. We arrived Friday night with no problems, room temp was amazing and clean, very comfortable beds as well. Saturday we spent the day at the waterpark in Galveston, Sunday we spent our... More

Having been allowed to check in before 3 we hoped for good things, although the staff did not seem too interested. The room 211 had the benefit of an old sock under the bed, I assume it is still there. Room was not particularly clean and the stairs up to first floor had not been cleaned for quite a while.... Reserved a room through Priceline. Supposed to be a nonsmoking room for me, my husband and two little kids. Drove 9 hours to stay the night before a cruise. Went to check in and the girl said that they had us down for a smoking room. I said "no, it's supposed to be a nonsmoking." She said "well, we don't... More

Nice place to stay could use a little more parking. I s very convenient to Ryan's Steak house and a mall fairly easy access fo I 45. Don't know what else to say You have to leave 200 leters or more or it won't let you continue on.
