Got in early Monday after a rocky flight...bad weather and check in was smooth. Room was standard the bath tub was slightly rusted. Nothing you will catch a virus over. The room did have a smell, I suggest buying a plug in and it will do the trick. Pool is small, the depth was only 4 ft and it faced... More

My husband and I were pleased with our stay at this hotel. Our only regret was we could only stay one night. We were so relaxed in the room that we are looking at the calendar so we can go back and stay longer. I was pleased with the space in the room and the decoration. The room was clean... More

This has been our second stay here...and we love it! We love the friendliness of the staff and the rooms very clean. All patrons were mindful of others and the stay was very peaceful. Would be coming back!

We had a very nice visit. Thank you. The room was nice, the staff was nice and the breakfast was good. After my husband and I left, my parents stayed for another week and said the quality and amount of the breakfast lessened each day, but other than that, it was good.

Thank you for your feedback, we are glad we were able to accommodate you and your parents during your time here in Texas City. Your parents were a pleasure to have here and we do apologize the breakfast was not to their satisfaction each morning. During the week we are significantly slower and we do put out less of each... Stayed in this motel for 2 pre-cruise nights waiting for a cruise out of Galveston, TX. Motel is in a great area, easy access, well lighted and secure parking. Very clean and inviting. All the staff was great and helpful for local knowledge of shopping and restaurants. The motel breakfast had good and tasty food selection.

This hotel was a let down. It looks nice but lacks attention to detail. I got up thinking I would make a cup of coffee, had a coffee brewer but no coffee. Ok got ready to check out, thinking they will have coffee in the lobby. They said they also had a hot breakfast, I get to the lobby. They... More

This motel was like an oasis, once we discovered the neighborhood. I'd say it was standard Best Western quality, decent, clean, modern rooms, a little sparse but this ain't the Ritz, pleasant staff, breakfast in the morning, nice lobby. But the mall across the parking lot is seriously ghetto, mostly closed stores, would be a great place to film a... More

This hotel was very nice and clean. Was a bit put off when fruit flies were in the container with the danish at breakfast. Staff very helpful and courteous. Will definitely stay here again! And suggest it to friends and relatives.

The best bang for your buck. Very clean, courteous staff, close to just about everything. If you're going to the cruise terminal in Galveston it can be expensive, $50-$60. A good idea would be for the cruise lines or car rental services provide a shuttle service to the cruise terminal.

We were in the area to attend a 50th HS reunion on Galveston Island. The motel rates on the island were beyond our means when added to the cost of the reunion so we booked our stay at a familiar venue at almost 1/2 the island cost. The desk clerk was having a bad day so check in was slower... More
