The staff was unbelievably nice and friendly. The quality of the hotel, staff and service exceeded my expectations for the price of the stay. This was my second time staying at this location. I plan on staying at this hotel whenever I'm in the Galveston area!

This Hampton Inn is about 10-15 minutes away from Galveston. Location is just off I45. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The Breakfast was ok with a nice variety. The only negative was that the egg omelets were cold.

We stayed here on a Saturday before traveling to Galveston on a cruise. Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was great and the attendants were funny and helpful. Nice stay and great location. The elevator is called "Mr. Creaky" it moans, grunts and pops as it slowly takes you to the floor of your choice. Please read the framed bio... More

Only negative was slow elevator, but not a big deal. Used steps most of the time except for check out. Included breakfast were good. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is to reach the 200 word requirement.

Our family of five stayed at this hotel on a recent trip to visit the Johnson Space Center, just 15 minutes away. The hotel was very clean, the complimentary breakfast was great, and the staff was very helpful and attentive. We forgot some items in the room when we checked out, but didn't realize it until we were home. When... More

Mr. Creaky (the hotel's elevator) was a riot! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. The hotel is in close proximity to premium outlet shopping, restaurants, and the destination travel center, Buc-ee's.

We checked in, and the room was very small - the chair at the desk could barely pull out from the desk because the bed was right against it. There was no refrigerator, no microwave standard in the rooms. The bed was old, there was a dip in the middle. The overall appearance of the hotel was average; it felt... More

The hotel manager was very unprofessional and rude, stayed with my feonce in 2 rooms with 4 kids and from the time we checked in the manager was extremely rude. We requested extra toiletries and towels and never received them, because I'm a Diamond member with Hilton, I can have laye check out of 2 pm and we requested it... More

Last minute online booking gave a good price. Close enough to the port for a stay the night before a cruise out of Galveston. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and we stayed to talk with him for a while. The cookies at arrival time were warm and scrumptious. The room was typical of Hampton Inn -... More
