I travel on a weekly basis on business and the Four Points Sheraton of Texarkana is a FIVE star hotel in my opinion. I have stayed at this facility many times since January of 2003 and I have never had a negative experience. The front desk staff is very courteous and helpful at all hours of the day or night.... more

We appreciated the hospitality offered by the Four Points Sheraton! We sincerely enjoyed our time there and the staff was top notch. I know where to stay when we are in theTexarkana area again. more

April, the front desk clerk who checked us in, is to be commended. We didn't have our Starwood Card, but she made everthing so simple even though we were difficult to find in the computer. We stayed on the secured 5th floor which made us feel like real VIPs. more

Our grandchilden live in Atlanta, TX, Locksburg,AR, and Texarkana, Tx and when we visit them we love to stay at Sheraton 4 Points. The front desk clerk was April and all the paper work was done upon arrival and our room was ready(11:00am) Job well done!!! more
