This is a brand new hotel. Alll staff I've met have been excellent and the rooms clean. The workout room is small and warm and smells a little odd, but everything else I've experienced has been great. I'm just happy they have equipment. Nice flat panel TVs. Nice bedding. Better than most HIE I've stayed at in the past. more
Holiday Inn Expresses are best known for their cinnamon buns - and now that everything they provide (soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) smells like cinnamon, I really think twice about staying at HIEs. I needed a room for the night in Terrell, TX, and found a brand spanking new HIE right off Highway 20. The quality of the room was outstanding.... more
