Room was clean but showing age, the walls are paper thin and you hear everything that happened next door and I mean everything. Really needs some TLC and lower the price some. WIFI was hit and miss but like I said for where you are its ok.

We stayed at what I would call a motor inn ( not a resort).... Big Bend Resort and Adventures.... The room was clean but VERY dated, which was ok except for the blanket on the bed. It was ratty... I told my husband I did not want it to touch me... It may have been clean but it looked like... More

Fairly large property that consist of hotel, rv park, gas, cafe and groceries. Owned and operated by large company that doesn't put back and money or much effort in up keep. Great location for the NP and exploring Terlingua and surrounding areas. Only recommend a short stay, no more than a week. It is very dusty area with the worst... More

The motel is clean and the staff is friendly. The walls are very thin so we could hear everything our neighbors did. Fortunately we were in the end unit. The water was good and hot and heavily chlorinated, but that seemed to be the case everywhere in this area. The bed was fair, with a bit of sag in the... More

Terlingua provides great access to big bend from the west end. This hotel is probably one of the handful of places there. The place is not exotic. However, it provides decent reasonable accommodation, with a convenience store close to it. The bathroom and bed is comfortable. The rooms are okay. The setting is rural. The environment is peaceful. We stayed... More

Left the Chisos Lodge in the mountains because we could only get two nights there. This was supposedly their sister lodge but that is misleading. It is really only a motel fronting the road with RV parking in the back. It has a cute gift shop and a café next door which was pretty good and convenient. Being out in... More

We were here for two nights, to visit friends, listen to music, and spend a day in the national park. Our room was in the main building a few doors from the office and gift shop.it was a basic aging double room with a tiny tv and a coffee maker. It was very clean. The air conditioner kept the room... Room was fairly clean. It was hard to lock the door, as the plunger in the door latch would get stuck in depressed mode. A/C was either too hot or too cold and noisy. Don't put your Do Not Disturb on the door overnight, if the maids see it, you are totally out of luck for any kind of room... More

After a day of viewing Big Bend National Park on our motorcoach tour, we checked in at the Big Bend Resort. This place gives a whole new meaning to the word "resort." It is very old, and in need of repairs. Although the room appeared to be clean enough, it was the kind of place you didn't want to go... More

We had reserved this hotel in advance of a trip to Big Bend. Our plans changed and we had no problem changing our dates. The room was very basic. It's west Texas people. I'm not sure I'd use the word "Resort" in describing this hotel though. The room was clean, the air conditioner worked great and it was nice that... More
