Kaci is a wonderful host and staying at the Perry Mansion in the ghost town of Terlingua a unique experience. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable and very quiet. The Mansion is very interesting from an Architectural and Historic standpoint. The view is respectable of the mountains and tralingua. the walk to the Starlight is perfect in the morning but you may want to take a horse for the evening return. Pack light as there is no elevator and bring your toiletries! more

I had three travel companions, two other adults and one small child, during my weeklong stay at the Perry Mansion. The room and accommodations were lovely, Miss Kaci was a gracious and knowledgeable host, and the grounds and scenery could not have been more relaxing. I plan to return to Terlingua/Big Bend again and wouldn't stay any other place! more
