I stayed at Marriott Sugar Land Town Square July 12, and it was a great experience. Check-in was quick and easy, the lobby area was very nice, and my room was great. They gave me a nice room on the 7th floor overlooking town square. If I were an early-to-bed and early riser, I would probably ask for a room... more

Stayed here 6 days for a business trip. We had 3 kids with us (ages 1,3, & 5). The hotel is in the center of a shopping and restraunt center. Parking for the hotel is in the shopping center community parking garage. It is not connected to the hotel and requires parking on the 3rd floor and up, taking an... more

This is in the Town Square/Old Colony development, which is the closest thing Sugar Land has to a downtown. It is your typical Marriott – that’s intended as a compliment – and everything was fine. I had hassles using the express checkout due to a phone malfunction and had to go to the front desk in person, but that is... more

I stayed here for a week with my husband for business. I was impressed with the small town downtown that had been created here. The area had a lot of personality with shops to browse and many quality restaurants to enjoy such as PF Chang, Amici, Perry's, Burning Pear, Cheesecake Factory, Kona Grill and BJs. The room was nicely decorated.... more

Stayed the night of our wedding. Valet-parked, and my blue tooth headset was stolen from my car. My wife accidentally forgot a necklace, a wedding gift from a family member, on the counter in the bathroom. Went back to see if housekeeping had turned it in, and after waiting several hours to hear back from them I called and was... more

We stayed in this hotel and loved it. Our room was as requested, higher floor with a city view. It was clean and neat. Chris at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. There is plenty to do within walking distance and security is plentiful. We felt very safe even walking down the sidewalk late at night. I felt... more

I recently stayed at the Sugar Land Marriott as I was attending a wedding nearby and the bridal couple selected this hotel for their guests. The hotel was perfectly adequate--clean, room was ready on time, friendly and helpful desk staff. But for some reason, I found it a bit sterile and impersonable so it falls into an average category for... more

Rate on Expedia was $200+. Called hotel and got $129 - this is not Expeida's problem - hotel gives them their negotiated rate. Booked a "guaranteed" connecting handicapped room and one other (3 total). Got to the hotel and they had no record of guarantee. Sent runner to physically look for another handicapped / or connecting room. Delayed our dressing... more

Stayed at this hotel on a Saturday night for a wedding. The hotel was great! Brand New! My room was very nice, I had a king bed with view of the adjacent Sugar Land Town Square. The bathroom was very nice and very clean. There are about two hundred restaurants within 5 minutes driving distance, and about 20 within walking... more

Had previously stayed at a Hilton on the Southwest Freeway which was fine but nothing great. I had stayed here as a coworker I was traveling with was staying here as well. The hotel is in a great location with many places to eat and shop in walking distance. I did not eat at the hotel eatery but instead ate... more
