Have stayed here for years. Am staying month of May 2015. Noticeable lack of Maintenance. Weekends have been party city with no rules enforcement for parking, noise, etc. No enforcement of 10 p.m. curfew. Have to say that Memorial Day weekend has begun with nighttime security, so things have been better. Understand security is here all summer. Nice pool and hot... More

I love this place, my family and my brothers family rented two deluxe cabins by the water. I loved it, it came furnished with everything from dish soap dishes shampoo towels blankets sheets pillows a full kitchen and bath. The pool is in short walking distance and it was clean and big. It has a nice work out room and... More

What a well organized campground. Great setups, plenty of options. Very helpful staff, pool, clean bathroom facilities, horseshoes, pet friendly, restaurants nearby, plenty of activities. Looked at other campgrounds nearby and this is the best.

Camping spots were good, amenities were good as well. Nice pool and playground for kids. Near harbor so only a handful of sites have any kind of view...the motor homes are assigned premium sites. Quiet time was observed so not too many late night parties. I would go back here again. Nice dog area and being next to Pier 19... More

Directions from the manager were great, and the location is nice. The campground is a little cramped and small but we were able to get in and get situated. Nice dog walk area and we enjoyed the hot tub. Pool was heated and very nice on the warm days while we were there. The workout facility was pretty poor. Equipment... More

When making reservations we were told we would have 98 ft spot upon arrival we received a spot too small for our toy hauler. There was a main road in front of our camper that had non stop constant traffic. The hot tub was not kept up on with gross things floating in it. The workout room doesn't have remote... More

Clean restrooms, helpful friendly staff, organized activities, great seafood restaurants within walking distance, beautiful Gulf of Mexico views and plenty of things to do (across the street from the Schlitterbahn Water Park). Gravel sites close together create some downside.

We spent a week here in a travel trailer and were impressed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are two bathroom and shower locations that were kept clean and tidy. There are washer and dryer facilities to do clothes with change machines and detergent to purchase. One section of the park is set aside for the fancier motorhomes... More

We found out about the KOA rentals through a friend from work. The place is in a great location and is close to everything on the island including restaurants and entertainment. Our rental was a bay front accommodation and was very clean. It had a small kitchenette which included pots, pans, and some dishes. It includes a deck with patio... More

We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. The bay view was great. The cleaning could be better. I am not fond of finding other people's hair in the bathroom but it is a camp ground. We stayed with our dogs and there was a $20 extra charge. Not sure why since cleaning isn't a priority. The dog run is... More
