For being the 4th of July and last minute reservations, it was great ! The hotel was very clean, smelled good, room was very efficient, great view from third floor window and the price was very affordable. This is a great place to stay if you're just looking for a comfortable and clean room. It's very simple and basic and the rooms are small but the staff was great and the whole place was very clean. Be careful with the doors, though. You have to pull them shut to make sure they close all the way. more
