Large Room (ocean view room), plenty of towels provided in the bathroom. Beds are great, very comfortable. I'd would like to see a bit more effort in cleaning the room(s), our bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. The pool is a bit small, but with the beach right there, I never was tempted to use it. It would be nice if umbrellas... more

I stayed 5 days in the la Copa Inn and was very pleased: + Perfect access to the beach + Good location (straight after the bridge) + Nice rooms with comfortable Beds + Decent breakfast buffet + A/C's and fan work fine + nice staff (Eshter and Gustavo at the snack are very cool folks) + good price/value + free... more

Very clean, comfortable rooms with friendly service. Good continental breakfast (but dining area is pretty cramped). Tempurpedic mattresses, plenty of towels. The pool is small, but with the direct access to the beach, who needs a pool? Would like to see them provide umbrellas and chairs for the beach, but that's a small item. This is a place we will... more

Great location and the customer service is great. There was some noise from a high school band that was staying there but the hotel handled it well. The waffles are awesome but the breakfast area is awkward and small. What's better than Tempurpedic beds after a long day of sun, sand and jumping through the abundant waves?! The only drawback... more

Mr.Eric Mora is always friendly, hospitable, caring, and gracious. The rest of the staff is friendly too. It is very relaxing listening and watching the ocean while in your hotel room. The maid service was a lot quieter than the last time I stayed here.New menu downstairs with pizza and wings. Was able to make brunch out of the breakfast food.Strawberries back on the breakfast menu... more

I was impressed with this hotel. We stayed on the 4th floor. The pool was nice. They had a happy hour where they gave two free drinks a night per a person. The beds were extremely comfortable. They were therapudic. more

The wife and I decided to take an impromtu trip down to South Padre for the first time between all of the sprink break weeks. This hotel has a nice location directly off the causeway leading to the island. We found a very nice price per night for this hotel and it was worth our while. The front desk service... more

This hotel was awesome! Very nice and unexpected for the price. Rooms were nicely decorated and the beds, Tempurpedic, were superb. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to South Padre. Access to the beach was easy. Happy hour was a plus that was unexpected. If they get the restaurant open, it will be complete. Great value at this... more

We had very good luck with this hotel! We were walk ups and had to take a more expensive suite as the property was close to capacity. We were thrilled with the room and thought that the price of $107 was reasonable for a nice beach front hotel. The majority of the guests were very social retirees and the room... more

We had everything from dirty sheets with hair in them, cockroaches a stirring and dead, a broken refrigerator, then a duct broke in the bathroom and flooded the floor. We notified the on site management who did come and clean it up but we wasted half our day dealing with things and when we asked for a credit they refused,... more
