The hotel is older and not well maintained but the biggest problem was that our room was not serviced at all during our 3 day, 2 night stay. Doubt they even entered our room as the beds were not made up, the garbage was not emptied, the bathroom was not resupplied with towels or soap. The breakfast is marginal. If... More

Front desk and housekeeping staff performed wonderfully at this hotel. The hotel itself is aging and shows some of the wear although its still acceptable. The carpets are getting worn and the mattresses are reaching the age where they need replacement. Towels are definitely in need of replacement as they are worn very thin and not comfortable to use. Large guest room with pleasant decor. Comfortable be d and nice desk area. Breakfast was good but could have had a little more variety. Hotel is close to several good restaurants and gas station making it very convenient.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. There are several restaurants within walking distance of this hotel which was a plus. It is also located to several stores. If you want to just relax and enjoy some quiet time.... this is your hotel.

Please if you are coming to Sherman or just passing thru stay here at the La Quinta. It is a really nice place. They have a small business center and the rooms are nice and clean. Great stay. Nice, clean room. Bed could have been a little more comfy, but not bad. Great rate and very welcoming checkin. Close to lots of dining choices and just off the main freeway. The internet service was superior to most hotels I stay in - a real bonus.

Having stayed the past 4 nights in BW's we decided to go with La Quinta tonight. Couldn't be happier. Clean front desk and breakfast area, hallways, room very clean and roomy. Helpful staff and pet friendly. $20.00 less than what we have been paying at BW's. Great place and value.

The hotel was mostly nice. They didn't have an indoor pool and since it was December & this one was located in the North Central part of Texas, we didn't get to use their outside pool or hot tub. Overall stay at his location was above average, staff and accommodations are normally very good. Rooms have always been clean, they have a good work out room and pool. The breakfast in the morning is okay I would suggest more of a variety however it does the job.
