We travel to this hotel every year and have our ACD ( Blue Healer) with us. We are always very please with the hotel and staff. Stayed here on a bike trip to Arkansas. Desk clerk was friendly and very helpful The room as very clean and the bed was awesome. If in this area again I would most defiantly stay here. Only complaint is there was no fridge in the room .

Upon check-in, we were told that because we went through a third party vendor, we were given a room formerly classified as smoking. It smelled like someone had smoked in it last week. Employees very pleasant, beautiful pool area, very clean rooms. All in all a great stay. We moved there after being at another hotel close by where we did not have a very good experience. Would stay again

This hotel has gone down. We have stayed here for years and were always satisfied but we were very disappointed this time. Water bugs in bathroom and Bedroom. Carpet very dirty.
