The hotel was really nice and the lobby seems to be recently updated. The hallways seem clean and reprinted. However the room was dark and dingy. The tv was small and the volume was hard to understand. The bathroom was without a fan and probably had the original shower curtain. The beds were sleep number beds. Which many people would... More

Husband had to work in this area so we stayed here. The building is nice, our room was clean for the most part. The bedding had holes in it, the TV channels didn't work very well at times and the free wifi was not good at all.

This was a really nice place to stay. The room was a bit small for two queen size beds, but it was clean. The pool area was clean and enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent with eggs, bacon, sausage and all the trimmings. the breakfast room was real pretty and modern furniture with fine decorations. The only problem that I had... More

Stayed here last night room clean beds comfortable. Construction going on at the moment around the pool and inside. Pool was not as clean as it should have been there were lots of small plastic pieces on the floor of the pool and the spa. Was shocked to see workman change a large mat inside the door at breakfast right... More

To start off, I would have given this hotel a four-star based solely on facilities and staff; but the price disparity between what you paid for in this little town in West Texas and what I received, I would have expected a Waldorf. When arrived for business, the front desk clerk seemed to be helpful and knowledgeable; thankfully, since we... More

The first room I was given had a towel on the floor and the bed looked pretty wrinkled up. The second seemed to be a much better deal. The printer did not work in the business center. Staff was friendly.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. Love the complimentary bottled water. The physical facilities need some upgrades. Lots of muddy boot tracks throughout the lobby , elevator, and hall way. Room was very clean, and the free breakfast buffet was a big plus-good selection with about 4 hot items to choose from.

Stayed here for a two day rotary conference in the month of April. I found the stay fair enough for my purpose. The conference happened in the same hotel, so it was quiet convenient for me. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was very very basic. No much spread, but sufficient for a quick bite; not for a relaxed breakfast.... More

Having been a past resident of San Angelo, I have seen this property's highs and lows. I remember it as a very decent Holiday Inn and a Sheraton (I believe). I had also been in it when it was not necessarily nice as a San Angelo Inn. I was pleasantly surprised. The property is well maintained, and the service was... More

We arranged for a block of rooms MONTHS in advance for an upcoming wedding. We were told they were doing some upgrading...new TV's etc. and things would be finish well before that. My husband and I booked a suite. Everyone was coming for all over the country and was excited to swim and get together for this big event. It... More
