Overall the stay was good, but I am deducting points for: (1) the guy at the front desk was AWOL. I had to call him from the lobby phone to get him to appear so I could get enough towels for the family. (2) there is a waterfall in the hall that hadbroken, and the carpets were wet. They had... more

The gal on duty was a life saver, I had been traveling for over 12 hours. The day had been hectic and I was still a couple of hours from my destination but too beat to go ny further. We stayed in this new hotel in February. We were visiting our kids in Rockwall, and the Holiday Inn there leaves a lot to be desired. This one is very convenient to the Fate area and is easy to get to. It is, however, very close to the interstate and you will hear the noise. Turn up your fan to... more
