We were planning a family trip to the Austin Texas area and we wanted a cheap hotel for 1 week. We found Value Place online- $255 for one week. We originally booked through the companies website, but we never got email confirmations so we had to contact the property directly. We booked 2 rooms. One with 1 full size bed, and another room with 2 full size beds.

The day of our arrival we were about 20 minutes away from Value Place and my sister in law gets a phone call saying that they have no room for her. And they wouldn't have one until June 8th. It was June 4th!

When we arrived we were dying for an explanation.

Well apparently when someone stays at Value Place they technically don't have a check out date- even though when you originally reserve the room they ask for one.
