I was very disappointed in the King Room - Room was damp and smelled old - like an old bathroom. Carpeting must have been dirty because my sock slippers that were white are now brown - Very few amenities for the price and condition of the room The hotel is old. more

This hotel is fantastic. I was incredibly impressed. My room was newly decorated and spotlessly clean, with a whirlpool bath in the corner of the bedroom. Free WiFi access was a nice touch too. The hotel was very clean and the people running the desk went out of their way to be helpful. On the negative side, there was no HBO, the room did not have a mini-fridge or microwave and the outdoor pool was not open (March is considered off-season). Also, they charge $6.95 for Continental breakfast. more

I work in retail and think customer service is a dying art. This hotel's customer serivce was wonderful and enjoyed there professionalism. My 3 night stay at the Courtyard by Marriott on Hoppe Trail, Round Rock, TX was lovely. Check-in was quick, and the front desk clerk was very helpful with directions to stores, etc. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Parking was easy and safe too.
