We had a great time in our cottage. It was really nice. We had the accessible cottage and it has a king bed. The property is very cozy and cute. I want to comment on SDFootball's review as a couple things are wrong. It is not a 4 or 5 block walk to the pier. It's not really far of... More

My husband & I had purchased a groupon & stayed at this place for 3 nights. There was nothing unique about this place. The name "resort" should be used lightly as there is nothing indicitive Do not pay the actual price of over $130/nite..it wasn't worth the discounted price. The room had threadbare carpet & there were holes in the... More

We were impressed with our cute little cottage. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on our porch. We didn't fish, but we walked out of the private pier. Children were enjoying the pool, and the jacuzzi looked inviting. It was nice having a full kitchen to keep our snacks and drinks and reheat the leftovers we... More

Bought a Groupon to just try out this place with my wife. Stayed 2 days. The garden mini suite was merely a motel like room with 2 queens, a mini fridge, and a small microwave. The room smelled very musty and upon walking into the room, the rugs were such that you wanted to leave your shoes on or use... More

We love coming here each year. The staff is friendly and it feels like home. Very relaxing and the front porch rockers are our favorite. It is quiet and mostly has families wanting to get away for a few days. I would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful first time stay at this resort. It looks like a private community of cottages. We had two familys go which was a total of 10 people and 2 puppies. Our cottages were set up like a small house but could be adjoined by a door in the middle. So we had to small kitchens, two bathrooms,... More

We made reservations for The Lodge for the weekend before Christmas for our family. When we arrived, The Lodge was being remodeled; so, they upgraded us to the Villa. What a pleasant surprise. The Villa is 5000 square feet and has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, living room, den, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, enclosed porch, bar, recreation room with pool... More

me and my wife went there for our wedding anniversary. Fishing in there private fishing pier was a wonderful experience. Bbq area, club house, pool, very quite ambience made it even more memorable. We stayed in mini suite. There was nothing fancy abt the room.

My husband and I decided to give Pelican Bay Resort a try as it is one of the few dog friendly places in Rockport. We were more than delighted by the entire experience. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The first cottage we were going to move into had a musty smell when I opened the door which left me... More

We just got back from 3 nights at Pelican Bay Resort. We stayed in a cottage which I highly recommend. It was larger than I expected. But comfortably fits just 2 people. It was clean and cute. My 1 complaint would be that the bed sheets were old and scratchy. Fortunately I found an extra sheet in the closet that... More
