Welcoming hosts who are eager to share knowledge of the house, Rockport and Gulf area. Walking distance to the water and restaurants/shops. Bikes for rent. Host makes a mean fruit salad for breakfast!

We loved our stay at Angel Rose Bed & Breakfast. It is in a perfect location for walking, bicycling and launching kayaks just blocks away. The hospitality was first rate. We really felt at home. It was lovely sitting out on the front porch enjoying a glass of wine in the evening and listening to the sea birds. We even... More

Charming Bed and Breakfast, good food and wonderful hosts. The porch swing was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon. The shopping area and restaurants are within walking distance. It is a wonderful place to have a relaxing getaway.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this B&B was for us. The bed was super comfortable, it is in a quiet neighbourhood and the breakfasts were amazing. We came down for birding on the coast and not only is this a convenient location for this activity but also for visiting Corpus Christi as well. There is shopping, museums and... More

At the Angel Rose we received wonderful hospitality, great breakfast, and interesting history! Rusty and Jennifer, the hosts, are very knowledgeable about the area activities and restaurants. We would highly recommend staying there.

This B&B was amazing! The Victorian style charm was welcoming and relaxing. The owners, the Days, are wonderful people and made us feel very comfortable. The breakfast was awesome! We stayed in the Iris room downstairs and it was very convenient. I loved every minute of my stay here. We rented bikes from the B&B and rode around the area... More

Thank You for the compliment. We hope we are always welcoming and we want you to be relaxed while visiting us and we know folks need that when they travel. Rockport is very ride-able by bicycle with 6 improved trails and several unimproved trails (gravel base). We also have 6 kayak launch sites and our History Center for Aransas County... More

We had initially decided to spend Valentine’s Day in San Antonio, but after much planning, the trip began to seem complicated. So after browsing through the internet we decided to stay at the Angel Rose Bed & Breakfast. My husband and I have always loved fishing and antique shopping in Rockport, so we chose a quiet romantic weekend over the... More

Boy! How do I respond to that? Except to say... OK and Thank You Very Much! And yes, we have a really good time when there are festivals going on. The Wine Festival is one of our favorites because of the wine (naturally) and you can walk home. Thank You again for the lovely review. The Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce... More

Thank You, We live on premises and it is our home and we want you to enjoy it as much as we do. There are some of the attractions a bit too far to walk, but we rent bikes! Thanks again. More

We were celebrating a birthday, an anniversary, and Valentine Day over a three-day weekend. It was perfect! The B&B was located close to the 'historic district.' The period furniture (throughout), cleanliness, and wonderful breakfast was topped only by the very caring hosts. Rusty is a wealth of knowledge regarding the history of the Coastal Bend area, current Rockport goings-on, and... More

Thank You for that, I never heard it put quite that way before. You know there is a "Texas Trifecta". It is catching a redfish, a speckled trout, and a flounder all in the same fishing trip. That is done here in these historic bays often. The fishing is great and getting better by the day with the reopening of... More

A truly delightful experience staying in the home of Rusty and Jennifer. They are very welcoming and enjoyed spending time visiting with them. The rooms are very comfortable, with antiques and knick knacks that are beautiful as well as functional. Breakfast are gourmet!! This was our second time staying here and we will be back.
