This is an excellent choice for those visiting the charming town, Aransas Wildlife Refuge or stopping mid-way between Galveston and Corpus Christi. This motel has big clean modern rooms. It was resonably priced, too. The staff was very helpful with a problem connecting to the internet (our fault). When a phone call didn't help, someone came right to our room and we solved the problem. They have a nice free breakfast buffet with hot cinnamon rolls. There are even fresh baked warm... more

I'm a native San Diegan, displaced, who travels back to SD often. This is one of my two favorite hotels in San Diego, because of the great location.
