I was extremly concerned to find in the middle of the night a half empty bottle of water (that was placed like it was a fresh bottle). shampoo and conditioner that were almost empty and obviously used not to mention a used bar of soap in the shower rack!

Check in was a fumble. The room we were given was not clean yet-so back down we went, that was quickly resolved with a new room. It was clean and overall well maintained. Maybe I got lucky, but I saw absolutely nothing wrong with the property. My room (1010) was modern and clean. Concierge lounge was open, accessible, and fine. Friendly hotel with a very sociable atmosphere. Staff are always willing to help. Rooms a bit dated but very clean. Hotel location is within easy access to all the main routes and a clear 30 minutes from DFW airport. I will certainly stay there again.

This has usually proved to be a good property to stay. Recently the service has dropped. Very disappointing for a Hilton property. Customer service and bar area sorely lacking is good help. Housekeeping failed to supply bath with towels, mats & clothes. After a long day of work, the last thing you want to do is hassle with the staff.
