The price point may be good but in part that's the infrastructure and decor that is showing its age. Needs an overhaul in the rooms that are old and worn out The gym is insufficient for a hotel this size - 4 treadmills 1 stationary bike and 1 elliptical. The hotel is near the highway and if you face that... More

Love this hotel!! It has been kept up-to-date and rooms are very nicely furnished. Bed is good and comfortable. Although we didn't eat at the restaurant this time, they do have good food. This hotel is in a very convenient location. We stay here every time we come to Dallas/Richardson to visit friends.

The Hyatt North Dallas was fantastic. Check in was easy and the staff quickly and graciously made a reservation update for us. The hotel and rooms are decorated nicely and very clean. The pool and fitness center are way beyond what most hotels offer. We would certainly stay here again.

The Hyatt Regency North Dallas was well kept, clean, modern, comfortable with an attentive and skilled staff. The restaurants and bar were friendly with very good food. The breakfast buffet was fairly priced with healthy items including cage free eggs.

Good hotel with reasonable service. The staff are always friendly and generally knowledgeable and helpful The rooms are clean and well maintained, but can be a little noisy due to external roads and rail. Also the aircon / heating units make quite a bit of background noise. The bar is OK, and provides good meals. Breakfast buffet is really good.... More

the hotel is a little on the dated side. King size beds were limited during my stay so I took a double which wasn't that big a deal. I usually get some free water but didn't receive that on this trip. the free parking and internet was a plus but the internet was very slow. other than that, an ok... More

Comfortable and clean facility. On a business trip and while a quick stay, I found staff and services excellent. Very delicious breakfast and when a to go box was needed, the request was courteously met by staff. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Customer service was wonderful! Very nice, sweet ladies at the front desk. Lobby is beautiful. That's the only "good" thing I have to say. As for the room (King Corner), well...it was $111.00 (taxes included) a night & personally, I don't think the room was up to that standard. The tub was dirty as well as the provided tubmat. No... Good hotel--nice rooms and location. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean, typical of what I expect from a good Hyatt hotel. I did notice upon check out that my hotel invoice had some dinner charges on it amounting to about $100 that I did not make--the staff were quick to correct this without any hassle.

Previous to this stay, Hyatt was my first option whenever booking a hotel. I even recently signed up as a gold member to start earning point for all of my future stays. When I booked this room, I wanted to bring my small Yorkie so I made sure they accepted pets, which the website stated they did. So off we... More

Dear Jasmine, Thank you for sharing your experience with your stay. I would like to apologize for the lack of communication regarding the pet fee.
