We have stayed here several times. The hotel has a very luxurious feel. The rooms are nice and the bathroom has a great setup. Plenty of room to get ready. We requested a fridge and received one free of charge. My only suggestion is to provide 4 towels instead of 3 for two guests.

Waiter named Toy was a delight every morning making me and other customers laugh while being very professional and fast also. She made the experience more pleasant with her own effort and I appreciated it a alot. Will come next time here as well...

My wife and I stayed here for the first part of our honeymoon. the room was very nice and spacious. The only downside was that the Air conditioning was hit or miss you're freezing or burning up. There is also no reason for a 20 oz bottle of Aquafina should cost $4! Wifi access is $15 per day.

Hotel itself is quite ok. Nice, clean room, good location but breakfasts are nightmare!!! If you have to stay there stay away from food service! You have a lot nice places around - don't waste a time for their restaurant.

Was in a business trip in July for 3 nights. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay. Was able to use their fitness center for my nightly cardio and my experience was quite good. I was alone most of the time and inside was comfy. Also had their breakfast and there is quite a spread. Delicous and the satff... More

This is a sponsored hotel by my company and I stayed in it for four nights. The room was very comfortable and the room service was great. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant after my arrival in the evening, because I was too tired to go outside. I was not impressed with the food quality. The breakfast on the... More

This is the best Hotel to stay in when traveling to the telecom coridoor area of Dallas. I forgot my bill and their wonderful Accounting department emailed me a fresh copy just minutes after asking. The food was great and the service was fantastic.

Very easy to access from DFW. Staff was very nice but short handed. David the front desk clerk was also the coach driver. Business accommodations were great with wifi in the rooms. Bar and restaurant was very under staffed and it took two hours to have our order served. Room service was excellent however the hotel had one runner for... More

Stayed at the Hyatt North Dallas / Richardson for an International JW convention Jun 26 - Jul 2 2014. Rooms were clean and comfortable upon arrival. Maid service was a bit on the slack side, not cleaned as well as when we first arrived. But no problem. Breakfast was great. Three bus groups had to leave early in the a.m.... More

Let's begin at the front desk with the courteous service from Angelica, Shannon, Elsa, Laura, and David. The room are nice size and always clean and well-maintained. Chris, our friendly waiter is always ready to please his customer's request for light snacks and drinks at the Boots and Brix. He has a relaxed and positive way to treat his Hyatt customers... More
