I stay here often for business. Overall it is clean and comfortable. Rooms are nice and modern with granite contertops in the bathrooms and good desk / work areas, nice size flat screen TV's and comfortabe beds. Areas for improvement - breakfast service early in the morning (6:30) can be spotty. In some of the rooms I have stayed in... more

Empty, and good food at the bar and breakfast. But the function meal was in a dark no natural light function room, and just awful. No visible Bell desk person. Seen better days and not really a Regency Standard, but, it does the job. Close to the DART if you want to take your time in getting downtown. If you... more

This is a beautiful Hyatt hotel. The staff at check in was friendly and professional. They couldn’t find a reservation for me at first, but didn’t miss a beat at checking me in quickly and with nothing but smiles on their faces. They even upgraded me to a corner room and gave me access to the Club lounge. The guest... more

Very nice hotel with an excellent location. Rooms were very nicely furnished, but were a little on the small side for two adults and a teenager. Beds were comfortable, but 2 queens would have been better than 2 doubles. Nice 32" flat panel TV. Very nice lobby and common areas, didn't get a chance to eat in the restaurant, but... more

Quite fancy lobby, 18 stories high building. Bedrooms nicely decorated but were a bit small for 2 adults/2 kids. Beds were full size not queen size and were rather firm (firmness is a matter of preference). Bathroom area was cramped. Terry robes provided for guests' use. Parking lot needs more illumination at night. more

Checked into what was supposed to be a Studio King with lots of space. It turned out to be so small that we had to move furniture around to access one side of the bed. The bathroom was so small that you couldn't shut the door unless you stood behind it. more

The property is on the lower end of Hyatts. The big drawback is the noise just as other reviewers have mentioned. Both lots of traffic noise as well as noise from surronding rooms and the hallways. I requested an upper floor but was put on 6 (of 18). which is even with the expressway outside the window. The pool is... more

This hotel is beautiful, clean, smells great, with lots of pretty things. However, the 2 double beds are SMALL. I like amenities in a hotel, but in the end, we have to sleep there, and it just wasn't comfortable. I did Priceline for this hotel, so it was an excellent value for the price, but I wouldn't have been happy... more

Nice hotel, the room and decor were lovely. Modern and looks newly remodeled. The staff was excellent. The room could have been a bit cleaner. Rooms were not very sound proof; we could hear people in the hall talking. Great price from hyatt.com. The major complaint was the TERRIBLE beds, we might as well have slept on concrete. more

This is a very nice property with everything you would expect from a Hyatt. Would stay here again. It is a great property if you can priceline it! more
