I have now been to the Renaissance Hotel in Richardson for two separate conferences. Both times the hotel was relatively easy to reach, the staff was very friendly, and the accommodations were comfortable and more than adequate. I would definitely recommend this hotel for any future business meeting or conference, large or small.

We stayed here for 2 nights in early May. The hotel looks to have been recently updated and was very clean and quiet. We had breakfast our first morning and the food and service was excellent. We had a room with a view of the busy highway and could not hear any sounds from the windows which must have been... More

Beautiful, clean, classy hotel. Convenient if working in Richardson, Plano or Dallas. It has a nice restaurant with a small, but interesting menu. Everyone was so polite. My only reason for not giving it five stars was one major omission at check-in. My room was on the top floor, which had a complimentary happy hour with snacks and a complimentary... More

I stayed here for a week in a double suite, enjoyed wake up breakfast service, indoor swimming/hot tub and the quietest room ever. My room had a great corner window overlooking Galatyn Park. In the evenings I would watch the traffic go by while enjoying a glass of wine and thanking my lucky stars I wasn't IN that traffic! The... More

Overall, a great experience for the price we paid (AAA price of $104/night, including internet, breakfast for 2, and free self parking). Lovely lobby and pool area, breakfast staff and food were excellent, hotel staff was extremely accommodating. They very quickly brought us extra pillows and a foldaway bed on request. On the downside, our safe didn't work, the bathtub... More

The Bride and Groom chose wisely for their Wedding Guests. Great location, outstanding facility. Hotel is open with very nice aesthetics and kept up. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds are very comfortable. If you are planning a trip to Richardson or Plano, Texas do consider The Renaissance. If you like breakfast, the morning buffet is terrific.

I won't be staying at this hotel again because of the noise. The structure of the hotel is roughly 10 stories of rooms in a horse-shoe shape set around an enclosed atrium with the restaurant and lobby on the ground floor and other facilities such as the gym set off/below that. I got a room on the second floor and... More

Stayed last night due to ice storm here in Dallas and needed to be close to work since we have essential jobs and not showing up due to weather would be bad for the community. The early evening valet was a great gentleman. His partner can best be described using words not suitable for a public review. As I was... More

Last weekend my fraternity Alpha Phi Alpha had a convention. I wanted to say that my stay was outstanding. This was my first time at a Renaissance hotel and it was trully a remarkable experience. There are a couple of people I would like to thank by name. From the momment I walked up to door I was greeted by... More

In the area for a wedding we chose this hotel for its location and amenities. From the moment we stepped inside we felt like royalty in this beautiful hotel. We were immediately impressed by the spacious and bright lobby area with open plan restaurant, bar and seating areas. We also loved the glass backed elevators and the huge atrium effect... More
