The rooms are lovely and roomy. Each room has a modern curved couch that makes the rooms very homey. The small refrigerator is a nice touch. There is a small coffee machine but if your a tea drinker, your out of luck. Beds are Mariot beds(comfy). Meals are available in the Bistro ( operated by Starbucks). Breakfast includes great scones,... More

We have been staying at the Marriott Courtyard, Richardson, TX two to four times a year for eleven years. We are always welcomed by your excellent front desk staff, especially by your long term employee, Ricky, who makes sure we have everything we need in our room and anything else we might require during our stay. We appreciate the attention... More

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks while on business in Richardson. My room was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Their cooked to order breakfasts are delicious. Especially enjoyed the egg white frittata and Starbucks coffee. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks to the morning breakfast crew for tasty food and great service. And a special... I was attending a wedding last Saturday at Noah's Event Center and selected this hotel with an eye to location and economy. The hotel was seriously within sight of the venue, so that was a score! I checked in on Friday and had request a king bed, close to the elevator. I was assigned room 111, first floor, first room.... More

Stayed two nights on Sept 25 and 26. Room was especially clean and overall very nice. Staff at front desk was very friendly. Only reason for not 5 stars was a challenge with the temperature of the water in the shower changing during the shower for no reason, and the bed was "ok" but not superior. Overall a really good... Have stayed here for a couple of times due to business, staff is very nice and helpful and the rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean, definitively an option for the next visits in the Richardson area.

Just stayed four nights at this hotel while on a trip for family business. This is clearly primarily a business facility. The rates are high on weeknights but quite reasonable on weekends. The room was ... typical. Nice enough, nothing really special. Unlike in many hotel rooms, the curtains were able to actually cover the window and block out the... More

I am a frequent visitor to the Marriott brand and Courtyard's around the country. I was very disappointed in this Courtyard and will not be returning. There are many other choices in the area. I usually am greeted with a huge welcome and attentiveness. Here it was like I was intruding upon the front desks time. I asked for best... More

For a Courtyard Marriott, this place is very, very nice, and you can get great deals on weekends depending on the dates. We recently got a room for $89 per night with free breakfasts included ... and these were the made-to-order breakfasts that are normally $10 a piece. It's in a business park but very convenient to the Galleria and... More
