The room was very comfortable. I thought the price was a little high for such a small town. The breakfast had a good variety but the milk was soured and biscuits were had been left out too long and were hard. But all and all, it was clean and comfortable. I will stay there again if I need too.

I've stayed at the Refugio BW on several occassions while visiting family. Although, I no longer live in Refugio or Texas I have a lot of choice on where to stay when I visit. But I love staying at the Refugio BW. It is comfortable, rooms are clean and the staff is alway friendly. Breakfast is good especially for kids... More

We always stay here whenever we want to come visit friends & family. Very clean, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. Never disappoints. Breakfast is good with many choices. While this is the only "chain" hotel in this small town--it is excellent. Before they came here-the choices were not good at all.

Stayed at Refugio Inn, Refugio, Texas. I usually stay here when I have to shut down in town. I am a commercial truck driver and this hotel accommodates my tractor trailer in their parking lot. The staff is cheerful and helpful. The rooms are quite nice. Comfortable beds and amenities. Very pleasant breakfast that accommodates early risers.

This place is the best of bad options. This is the only hotel out of all the others in Refugio that is bearable. I've stayed in multiple rooms at this Best Western and they are always in disrepair. Furniture usually has a good amount of visible damage to it, and some stains of unknown origin. I moved one of the... More

I stay here frequently and have no troubles, parking is great, rooms are clean. There is no problem with people being loud so you get a great nights sleep. Also great breakfast. Great internet. I stay here every time I'm in town for business.

Nice rooms, very good internet service, and very comfortable beds. We stayed there 2 nights as we had a Family reunion to attend. While this is the ONLY decent place to stay here--they are very good and we stay there whenever we go down there. My husbands family lives there, so we go fairly frequently and have always had a... Stayed here for 1 night. Checked in early afternoon and got a room on the 1st floor (they don't have an elevator). Our room was big and nice but we did find lots ot bugs in the light fixtures and some in the corners of the bathroom. The door was hard to close securely and the dead bolt would not... More

Nothing new here. Stayed here last year and the hotel does look every bit a year older. No complaints, but don't expect any nice surprises either. The hotel is on the very North end of the 'City', so you only have one way to go from there.

If ever needing a place to stay in Refugio, Best Western is the place...clean, ask for a room on the back side of property, less road noise from the highway. Over all not bad, very busy place because of the oil field activity around that area, so call ahead and make a reservation
