This is a hotel that serves the purpose. My room had amenities, and I was in Presidio for business. It's a stark part of the state, and with about 4500 people in town, this is a nice mid-level motel for the money. The room was clean and quiet, and the restaurant serves good food. I'd eaten there in the past,... More

Stay here only if you need to be in Presidio or require proximity to Big Bend Ranch State Park (my reason). Otherwise, just keep driving to Marfa or Terlingua. I picked this hotel over the other in town, because the other hotel never answers their phone! The room is mostly clean, but really industrial and worn. You can't plug anything... More

A little skimpy on the ambience but no bugs (suggested by another reviewer), clean, and with friendly staff. We had been camping so our standards were not the highest. I doubt there are many choices in town - this place is fine for 1 night.

I needed to go to Presidio, Texas for a week on business. I did read the Trip Advisor reviews, so I didn't expect much. I was nicer than I expected. The rooms were clean and everything worked. In a town of 4600 people don't expect the Four Seasons to be there. The hotel was convenient to everything ( hard not... More

Hotel is expensive for what they are, maybe taking advantage that are only 2 options in town. In the top of that, the lady attending by the evening shift is rude and lack of manners, she does not have any idea of customer service. Rooms are unclean and abandoned. Better to drive a few hours and stay in the next... More

The receptionist at the lobby was very rude. She gave us the change wrong and then denied it. At the end she gave it right. It is very expensive (89 dlls per night) for what it is. Besides this the room is regular.

The rooms are clean but older with basic bed, tv and bath. Most cell phones have service at this location. (important for our work group). You can walk to food and at least one store from this location. This is not a vacation destination but you will get a good nights sleep.

I recently spent three nights in Presidio at the Three Palms Inn. The inn is small, but has more amenities than I had expected given that Presidio is not exactly on any tourist route. It has a pool, cable TV, and wi-fi. The room was clean and well maintained. The only noise at night was from the pickups leaving the... More
