As noted, most likely a better value than the alternatives on this side of Corpus. Obviously used to be something else (Holiday Inn?) that Comfort has taken over. Must have just had a do-over, I was surprised to see it had been a Comfort in 2006. Everything fresh and clean. Looked like what could be some interesting water features in lobby and pool if they were hooked up. Room was large, had refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast room nice, sunny, adequate breakfast with fresh fruit and waffles. Minor items - beds for some reason were about a foot higher than I'm used to, that won't change; no decaffinated coffee with the in-room pot, hopefully thats a one-time deficiency. more
