With hotel options VERY limited in Port O'Connor, this hotel served it's purpose. We were there for an all day fishing trip so our stay was brief. It's a clean room, hot shower and friendly staff; don't expect much more.

Couldn't find a phone in room, blood on sheets and not mine. The roach that came in from under the door freaked me out the most when a/c cuts off I could it in room! It was better than sleeping in my car.

I have stayed here a few times. On the last stay I called three times and was quoted three different prices. Upon arrival I asked about the breakfast and was told " we are not doing that now " They gave me a extra packet of coffee and two of the smallest Honey buns I have ever seen. Size of... More

I agree with other reviewers regarding this motel being best for a guys fishing trip, but not a family vacation destination. Reminded me a little too much of the location of "No Country for Old Men". The bathrooms are newly remodeled, but the flooring and carpeting is in terrible shape. Small fridge in room is great, television reception spotty at... More

The new owners updated this motel a few years ago and made this place much nicer. The staff is very helpful. The rooms have nice bathrooms, a microwave, and fridge. Perfect for people wanting to fish and have a clean room to come back to relax. Good location.

Not bad if you are on a fishing trip with the guys but not recommended for a trip with women. Just your basic no name hotel. They have greatly improved the rooms and are nice people running the hotel. I have stayed here numerous times on the big weekends. Looks to be overrated - but great to have a 100... More

There are not a lot of lodging choices in Port O´Connor and this was our first time at this motel. It reportedly underwent a major renovation in the recent past and is a comfortable choice at a good price.

Older hotel but well maintained. Great getaway. Much needed relaxation trip. Neighbors were there for fishing and had some great catches. Our room had everything I needed and it was clean - not hard to please. Morning coffee was always hot and had to have some doughnuts. Overall was a very relaxing trip and will be back.
