I stayed at this particular hotel due to my apartment being flooded. I was scheduled for a three night stay at this hotel, however, I only stayed two nights. The reason for that is because my car was broken into even though I parked my car directly in front of the main entrance! On top of that, when I attempted... More

Stay one night on business. Room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was okay. The hotel does not have a Suite (sweet) shop only vending machines. There is a restaurant next door which was pretty good.

I came here for a one night stay and had never been in this area before. Below average for Comfort Inn. Dirty carpet and gouges on the hallway walls. I followed the signs to the ice machine on the 2nd floor only to find that there was a empty spot where the ice machine was suppose to be. When an... More

I found this hotel to be below the standard I have come to expect from Comfort Inns. The room was OK but nothing outstanding. It did show some age. The front desk personnel were efficient but nothing exceptional. Other chains have fresh fruit available during the day but this hotel only had coffee. The actual breakfast area was closed except... The a/c unit is controlled by a thermostat on the wall and the fan never shuts off, which is a plus for us. We don't care for the a/c to shut off and on....it's disturbing. The room was clean and the sheets nice and white. My only complaint was the duvet on the bed...it was rather warm for me but... More

Nice comfortable beds, clean room friendly, helpful & appreiative staff. The Manger Nancy & the housekeeping staff were extra helpful in locating & keeping my phone charger which I misplaced in room after checking out some five hours later.

Getting to this hotel can be a little problematic if you don't get the right exit, but we managed to circle back using back streets. That gave us a chance to see all the nearby restaurants and shopping opportunities. We were very pleased with our room....very large and nicely maintained. Seemed very fresh and we both slept like rocks! We... More

My wife and I visited Port Arthur over Thanksgiving staying at this hotel and loved it. Hotel staff nice and friendly, hotel clean, looks like recently renovated, breakfast was good. Had a little issue with remote not working but staff took immediate action and fixed it. Ww will be back!!!!

Very nice staff, good breakfast, but the motel is woefully in need of sprucing up. The caulking around the tub in spots was black. That is never a good sign. There was a missing tile on the floor at entrance to the elevator. The carpeting looks very tired. These are not really "bad" things, but the price was high for... More

We stayed for 2 nights mainly because of location and the whirlpool tub in the room. The first night we thought there was no hot water for tub. Then we found out since no one was staying in our area we had to run water for about 10 minutes to get warm water. The staff was helpful if we had... More
