If you are looking for an affordable, clean, centrally located hotel this is a great place. It is located within walking distance of most the fabulous restaurants in Port A. The beach is about 3/4 miles away, but you can rent a golf cart or just drive down if that's too far to walk.

It's been awhile since I've stayed in motel type lodging, but this was the nicest, cleanest, friendliest place I could've picked. The staff was always very friendly and personable. They deliver continental style breakfast to your room and their housekeeping is quick and quiet (for those days you can't quite get out of bed before nine). There's also a great... More

What pleasant change from the other motel we booked into (and stayed a few hours due to late arrival, and left at first light in search of an acceptable place). These folks, former pilots, are very nice and the venue has an aeronautical theme. The room is small but charming (Reno Air Room). A bit more expensive than the other... More

The people at Amelia's Landing are friendly and helpful, and work hard to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The room is pretty basic, with no views or natural light but decent size and layout. The breakfast is pretty basic--coffee or tea with juice, baked goods and/or a canned fruit cup (no real protein). Location is great unless you need... More

We spent three enjoyable nights at Amelia's Landing. Each room has an airplane theme, as we were in the Piper Cub. The staff is very friendly and the inn's location is much better than most lodging in Port A. We were able to walk to most everything in town. The room was quaint, albeit a tad smaller than preferred. Each... More

Spent 2 nights in the women of aviation room. Very charming hotel, with a great location to everything. Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast delivered to your door is an added bonus. Will definitely stay there again.

We are so pleased that we picked this hotel for our stay in Port Aransas. The rooms are uniquely decorated with aviation themes. All needs are provided. There is a pool and hot tub, which we did not use because of the weather. Breakfast was brought to the door in the morning.

Owners are first class hoteliers. Amenities equal to or greater than the finest hotels. I've travelled extensively throughout the U.S., Latin America and Europe. Aviation theme is a plus and rooms are delightfully decorated with great care. When ever I stay at Port Aransas I will be at Amelia's Landing and no where else. Jay and Mary are friendly to... More

We enjoy staying in the aviation- themed rooms. The decor is interesting and historical. I usually learn something about aviation history. Its always very clean and they bring breakfast to your door in the morning.
