This was a great hotel stay for our group as we were in the area for business. Courtyards are so comfy and clean. Great staff as well. I do wish that the breakfast would be available before 7. We had to be up bright and early and could not even get coffee, other than in our rooms. The swimming area... More

The front desk agent confused the heck out of me when we first arrived at this location. Having been up nearly 28 hours with a 6 hour drive we did not need all the room confusion at check in. The beds were amazingly comfortable and after checking in at roughly 4 pm the bed and I became one. The overnight... More

We chose this property due to the location being convenient to family in the area. We were very pleasantly surprised. We were promptly and warmly greeted, the room was clean and well appointed, and the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. It was more than I expected. Everything in the room worked well. The bed was very... More

If your destination is the JCPenney HQ or HP Campus this hotel is a great alternative (they have a courtesy shuttle that will take you to these offices). I was fortunate to make a last minute reservation here last week for an overnight business trip. I checked in fairly late, but there were two employees at the front desk who... More

Amazing doesn't even begin to express how good an experience this has been. I traveled to the Dallas/Plano area extensively this winter and spring. I stayed at the Plano Parkway Courtyard on each trip. And I'm very glad that I did. The facility is the standard Marriot Courtyard, nothing special or different there. The staff was what made the trip... More

This is a pretty good Courtyard & one of the better properties I've stayed at in the area. First, the building itself is quite old - connecting doors (hate those with the burning of 10,000 suns), sticky door locks, balconies with sliding doors, ancient air-con, etc. That said, it's been renovated and appears to be well maintained. Rooms - standard... More

Stayed at this hotel this week. was blown away when i came into the property by how nice and updated it was. arrived in my very average and plain hotel room. I'm so tired of marriott investing all of their money into lobbies and having average, at best, rooms for the guests. also, i cannot stand being told in the... More

Nothing outstanding, very good and consistent with what your would expect from an MC. Location righ off highways and close to many restaurants and shopping. It was full a couple of nights but not noisy. Pricey compared to other local chains, but would stay here again! Great lobby and bistro for a quick breakfast! Outdoor pool was also a bonus.

This is my go to place when working in Plano. The staff makes me feel at home and that doesn't happen much whilst traveling. Irina and Zack are wonderful as well as the others. Hotel is clean, food is great and rooms are very comfortable.

Overall, I had an excellent stay. I was greeted at the front desk by Robert, who was friendly and enganging in conversation. My room was on the top floor and at the end corner, and not facing the roadway! I could not have asked for a better room. The room was clean and recently renovated. I had a slight allergy... More
