Terrible hotel, towels were very rough, seemed dirty, comforter should have been replaced year's ago (seemed very old & moldy), roof leaking during rain storm, and room smelled very musky.....Would Not Recommend This Hotel!!!

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the front staff were friendly. It felt like an oven in the hotel, everywhere in the hotel. You'd have thought the AC was broke. Musty smell, dirty sheets, mold in bathroom, and the breakfast was a joke.

we stayed there 12 nights and they gave us credit on wyndham rewards for 1 night. We brought this to their attention and they still did not do it. we faxed the receipts to Wyndham rewards and have not gotten credit yet.

I stayed at this location in early May for a class I was attending in Richardson. It was a last minute decision to stay at this hotel vs another. Pricing-wise it's not significantly more expensive than the very low end hotels in the area however it's not quite up to Ramada standards in my opinion. The hotel clearly had signs... More

I should have read the reviews before I booked the room. Just like others said, it is absolutely discussing. Ants on the bed, a cockroach in the bathroom, stains everywhere, and very dirty carpet. The only thing good about that room was the TV.

I am very surprised at the quality of this hotel especially since the staff was very friendly. I looked past the balcony shaped siding that was crumbled half way to the ground and slightly hanging onto the second floor. Upon entry to my very meek room I became a bit stand offish as the pillows looked as if someone had... More

Ramada limited is the best located hotel I know of with ease of access to the rail and interstate. It has a friendly staff who always make you feel welcome and valued. The hotel is clean and the beds are superb. You will get a good night's sleep here. The rooms are reasonably priced too.

Had difficulty communicating with desk clerk, room door was hurt-your-ears squeaky, no liner in ice bucket, no TV channel list, not enough outlets, unsecured WiFi, A/C sounded like plane engine, vending area floor looked like it had never been swept, waffle iron had an old layer of thick gunk. Friendly departure.

Check in was tedious, the clerk did not speak very much English it seemed. Or maybe he was just disinterested in helping out a guest. The room itself was nice and very clean. The TV did not work well. When we woke up in the morning, the TV did not work at all neither did the Wifi. We went to... More
