This is a decent place to stay in a safe area of Dallas that's conveniently located. The beds are comfortable, although the closets are tiny and need a long arm to utilize and the toilet area is cramped. There's a fridge, but no microwave and it's relatively quiet. There's no restaurant but there is a breakfast included with breakfast sandwiches,... More

Our first impression wasn't that great, as our plan was delayed and we arrived just after midnight. No one was at the desk for at least 10 minutes and we were dialing all sorts of numbers when an employee finally appeared. Beyond that point, everything was fine. Breakfast was OK the first day and really good the second. I would... More

Good for up to 4 people. Hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants (walking distance) and other conveniences close by (target and popular chains across the US) - very short drive. Hotel lobby is not huge but front desk clerks seem always to be helpful. Free internet and breakfast included. Breakfast is continental - breads, fruit, yogurt, cereal, hot eggs... More

I'm a loyal Hilton Honors member although out of location, convenience, and price we chose this Hyatt Place property. We were not disappointed. Property was exceptionally clean, room was bright and cheerful, beds were very comfy, and I felt safe while there...all very important factors for me when choosing a hotel. Samantha at the front desk greeted us and, by... More

The hotel is great if you need to come to town for business- it has everything you need to rest before work. It provides all you need to work from the hotel (wifi, printer, working stations, etc). Nice and clean rooms.

I always enjoy Hyatt but sometimes they are too pricy for me. However, we found a good deal on this hotel for the fourth of July. Great breakfast..clean rooms..safe neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Stayed here 1 night for a business trip and was really pleased with the stay. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I was concerned because I was directly across from the elevator but I did not hear anything that kept me awake. The shuttle took me to 24hr fitness so I could get a workout in and the breakfast... Fantastic hotel. And was very surprised at the level of service that I received for a hotel in this price range. Almost felt like I was staying at the Ritz Carlton with the service of the staff. Very well appointed lobby, and had a great complimentary breakfast. Instead of a small self serve store that you could get snacks from,... More

I stayed here for 2 nights earlier this month. I typically stay at IHG resorts bc of the points program but decided to take a chance & try Hyatt. I was impressed. The rooms were big & the beds comfortable. I didn't try the gallery host amenities but was impressed by what they had to offer. This location is easy... More

Stayed here while mother-in-law was in the hospital at Baylor Plano. Hotel is nice and clean but we didn't sleep well. Room was next to the tollway and noisy. Bed was hard. Small pillows. No microwave in room. Decor was nice and free breakfast is pretty good. For the price this was a nice place. If you can get a... More
