Stayed at the Hyatt Place on 2-25-2012. The staff there was so helpful and went out of their way to accomodate our needs. The continental breakfast was way more than I had expected. We stayed at the Hyatt Place Plano on a twin room for $71 plus taxes. As usual, an excellent experience. Next to a Saltgrass restaurant if you fancy a steak.

Everything was absolutely amazing! From the orange ice bucket to the 42" LG TV to the super friendly staff and the very cool continental breakfast complete with Starbucks coffee. Stay at this hotel at least once in your life!

Make sure you call ahead on the day of travel to confirm they don't give your room away, especially if you have a common name. We reserved and paid for our room a month in advance, and they gave our rooms away. They were completely booked when we arrived and all they could say was oops.

Nice spacious rooms with a living area with couch, desk, wet bar, and sleeping area. There were plenty of plugs for electronics around the room, but I could not find three prong plug by the bed for my laptop. The rooms are big and spacious. The gym is really lacking and the bar area downstairs is super small. I stopped staying here and started staying at Aloft down the tollway.
