Property is in terrible repair. Pool area a mess; filled with nasty water and pool parts on deck. When checking into room stopped counting the flies at 25 in the room. We have a Quality Inn Motel in our hometown area that is run by friends of ours, & knew that the name "Quality Inn" refered to an excellent stay, there fore when driving through Pecos we decided to stay there.
