“Stay away no matter how much cheaper it is.”

2 weeks ago we were in town on buisness and stayed at the best western. We had to come back for 2 nights and it was filled up so we stayed here. I wish we would have stayed somewhere else. The carpet in the rooms have stains all over them. The beds are as hard as the floor. Pillows are... more

We have a Quality Inn Motel in our hometown area that is run by friends of ours, & knew that the name "Quality Inn" refered to an excellent stay, there fore when driving through Pecos we decided to stay there. BIG, HUGE, MISTAKE. Next time I will take my laptop with me to check the reviews before selecting a hotel/motel.... more

Do not stay at this motel, no matter what the reason. Although I had read Tripadvisor and knew the pitfalls of this place, another family member's no-refund reservation required us to also stay at this unbelievably sorry place calling itself a motel. My dad & I had a horrible stay here on Memorial Day weekend.The hotel is in dire need of an over-haul. The room was dirty, with very well worn furnishings. The breakfast in the morning was pastries, cereals, milk & coffee. No juice was available. There was water on the floor in the eating area with no caution sign displayed.... more

We arrived around 2100 hours, walked into a clean and pleasant lobby. Check in, paid the bill, and received the door cards and then went to our assigned room, 236 if I remember correct. Filthy room (carpet appeared not have been vacuumed for weeks including pieces of celophane, plaster, toe-nail clippings, threads, who knows what else); hair in bathtub, pubic hairs on floor, hair on hand towel; black/brown "mold"/? under rim of toilet; took 3 requests & embarrassment to get them to come & "clean the room" but that entailed only sweeping the bathroom... more

Dirty sheets, broken-down furniture, bathroom fixtures falling off the wall, rolls for breakfast that couldn't be cut with a chainsaw....absolutely the worst place I've ever stayed. The lobby looks nice, but that's the only nice thing about this dump. I got no response from the company when I sent in a complaint. I have soured forever on this chain. more
