We stayed in the Lakeside Room the first weekend in March. The directions were very good and we found The Lodge easily. We were greeted warmly by Cindy upon arrival and given a tour of the home and taken to our room. We stayed at the lodge for two nights in April. It was our first time at a bed and breakfast. We were visiting friends in the area. Mike and Cindy treated us so well. Part of a group with four other couples from church did the over-night @ The Lodge on Lake Palo Pinto. Just an hour west of Fort Worth off I-20 but really a secluded country atmosphere. We stayed here 2 nights. The log home is so cool. Great views from the porch or the outlook area. The home is filled with quirky antiques.
