This is a really nice Best Western. The beds are comfy, the shower is good, though small, and it's clean. It's not too hard to find and there is a good restaurant just down the street from it. Very good I-10 stop. more

You may get Best Western deja vu but spot on for driving rest just off the I-10 on the way to San Antonio. Not much round here for food though if you cherck in late! more

Nice enough place if a bit proud (price-wise) of it. Spacious clean room, all the conveniences - refer, micro, iron, coffee. Very friendly staff. Inside rooms upstairs with keyed lock to building which I find a pain but I know others like, in any event outside opening rooms downstairs which I would have requested had I known. Very nice clean hotel. Convenient to I-10. The man that checked us in was very helpful. The rooms seem to have been upgraded with new equipment, refrigerators, microwaves, hair dryers. Lovely exercise room and business area with a computer and printer. I was concerned that the hotel was so close to I-10 but the room was very quiet no highway... more

While cleaning my room the cleaning staff knocked my laptop computer off on the floor, and did not report it. I received no apology or any attempt to resolve my complaint, and denied all responsibility. Best Western company also did nothing but make disclaimers as well.
