My wife and I had left Winter Park , Colorado very early in the morning and after a long day on the road were looking for a place to stop for the evening. The GPS showed only about three places in Nocona and the first two did not look good. We were going to continue on but noticed the Veranda... More

The Veranda Inn was the most amazing venue for a wedding. The hall is beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and super helpful. We also stayed in the inn and the rooms were so cute and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!! A huge thank you to the staff for making this an unforgettable weekend!!

No barriers for sound proof. Do not sleep front right wing and possibly front hall. Wood floors, slamming front door, voices and not in my head at 5 a.m. I don't know what to recommend since this will be our last night and visit because all rooms were booked for Saturday night.

I was at this hotel on business. The check in staff was very efficient and helpful. The room was lovely and nicely appointed. It had everything you might need (hair dryer, coffee maker & fridge) but you still might want to bring your own soaps and shampoos. The outside of the hotel was lovely and provided a wonderful atmosphere for... More

The room was very clean and comfortable. The event hall is large, attractive and very useful for many sorts of events. The staff was fantastic in helping to facilitate our meeting. Convenient RV park as well. I hope to visit with an RV in the future.

Spent three nights at the Veranda Inn in Nocona while we attended a conference in their event center. A wonderful experience on the edge of Texas. Would compete with major hotels in Dallas with one exception: the staff's extraordinary cowboy hospitality. Be sure to visit the museum across the street!

Wonderful jewel of a motel in a small town. Rooms were nicely furnished, and immaculate. Continental breakfast minimal, but adequate. The staff was very friendly.and helpful. This motel is located directly across the street from an outstanding museum, Tales and Trails. I highly recommend this museum, it is well done. My best guess is the motel had been completely redone... More

Nice room, loud environment. My wife and I stayed here one night. When we first pulled into the lot, my first reaction was "nursing home". That was right on -- it is a refurbished nursing home. The room was clean and large enough and with a big bathroom area. Major problem: the hallways are loud because the floor is wood.... More
