This was the nastiest hotel i ever seen! Rat traps everywhere as soon as you open the door. Smelled like smoke, trash buckets were full. Beds had stains on it. We didn't bother staying in that room but 5 minutes. We left to get our money back. Front desk person was rude, he yelled at us like if we did... More

the advertisement showed this place being beautiful, IT'S NOT. The hot tub was full of moldy water, our room was very dirty, the microwave didn't work. At 8:30 in the morning the housekeeper knocked on our door to verify that we were checking out that day. we went down to breakfast with 15 minutes to spare, only to find it... More

The website made this inn look fantastic, but in reality it is a dump. Mold, peeling wallpaper, broken fridge, blood on the bedspread, mold in the bathroom... And let's top it off with a 10$ charge to use the filthy spa tub from the 70's.... Oh, and the free wifi is slower than a snails pace...

I was quoted a price but charged more, called to complain about my credit card being charge way over the amount. At first manager/ owner said money would be refunded. When called again about money not being refunded, owner got mad and cuss and said to never call again and hung up. I was over charged $80.00. The place is... More

I don't know what happened to these other guests, but I stayed at the Edelweiss Inn last July and was impressed by the accommodations. In fact, I just looked them up to make a reservation for October 30th when I noticed the bad reviews. Well, I just had to make a statement. I got more than my money's worth in... More

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend. Terrible place. Our beds had bed bugs and when we went and said something they only gave us $22 dollars back amd then the other day they charged our credit card the money they gave back to us.

Me and my sister stayed here. We had family that was staying in another hotel. Our family hung out in our room just as we went to there hotel and hung out with them. They tried to say more people stayed the night in our room. They charges us additional 3 people for 3 nights witch came out over $100... More

I didn't run into any problems but I was just looking for a place to sleep and bathe and thag was it. Right beside highway 35. There were other options but I figured this was the cheapest. Looked to be run by a family.

The people at the desk were so unfriendly. The room was dirty. Had one roll of toilet paper. The "so called clean towels" were stained. Half the lights didn't work. Second worst place I've ever stayed. Horrible
