We actually checked out of the Best Western Nacogdoches to check into here! It's like a night and day difference! This place is great! Clean, the linens look clean, cookies offered, smoke-free smell and elevators! It's great and worth the extra $20!! more

Extremely courteous and helpful staff. The only drawback is the extremely busy road in front of the hotel that makes it difficult to get in and out. The lobby was decorated and looked nice, the receptionist was welcoming enough, but my impression changed once we got to our room and attempted to settle in for the evening. This hotel was great. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. The staff (college girls) was very nice. We enjoyed our milk and hot cookies that they had in the lobby that night. Very comfortable queen beds, with 4 pillows each bed - 2 soft and 2 firm. I had never seen this before, but I loved it! There was every toiletry you might need, including make-up removal pads. The front desk was very friendly, and we really enjoyed the cookies and milk. Great nights rest! more
