Hotel was very dirty especially the floor. It was very loud from the courtyard and swimming pool. Housekeeping was lazy and did not want to clean room. Beware definately not a 5 star hotel!!!!!!! We have been staying at the Hawthorn Suites for about a month now. I cannot say enough about it. The staff is excellent. The amenites good.
